Homemade breakfast with fresh, local and seasonal products
Start your day gently with the homemade breakfast served between 8 am and 10 am. The buffet is laid out in the Corsican room, the former kitchen of the family home where an impressive fireplace takes centre stage.
You can choose between the dining room, the old kitchen, or one of the four terraces to enjoy local specialities. We offer a generous breakfast, prepared with fresh, local products sourced from regional producers :
- Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cereals, almonds, and Corsican biscuits
- Individual bread or cereals
- Pastries, jams, honey from the maquis, and fruit compote
- Seasonal fruits and fresh pressed fruit juices
- Homemade cakes and yoghurts
- Fresh eggs, bacon, potato cakes, local Corsican cured meats, and Corsican cheeses
The heated pool and the lounge bar
The heated pool offers a panoramic view of the valley and the mountain. It is directly accessible from the rooms through the landscaped garden.
Relaxation and leisure are guaranteed on sun loungers, under the natural shade of palm trees or in full sunshine. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort: cushions, towels, and side tables for your refreshments.
The pool bar is open all day from 8 am to 8 pm. In July and August, from 5 pm onwards, come and sip a delicious cocktail or a soft drink under the shaded terrace.

Comfortable rooms in an elegant and authentic setting
Each room features an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower, bathrobes, slippers, pool towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and razor socket, as well as a TV with international channels. Upon request, you can receive a shoe care kit, razor, sewing kit, and a toothbrush. Special attention will be given to your dog or cat.
